Return Policy

Groupe Modiva would like to assure you that our chandeliers are made from top quality materials and workmanship and we are 100% sure that you will be totally satisfied with your purchase. To prove our confidence in our products, we are offering a 1 year limited warranty with all of our chandeliers against tarnishing and factory defects. If any parts of our chandeliers show defects or tarnishes during this period of time, we will replace any defective parts within 5 business days. When cleaning your chandeliers, please use a dry or damp cloth. Do not use any cleaning solutions that contains alcohol or ammonia which destroys the protective finish on the chandelier and causes them to tarnish. Use of these solutions voids our warranty. In order to return an item, you will first need to Contact Us to obtain a return authorization within 14 days of receipt of the delivery that you wish to return the product. Request for returns cannot be accepted 15 or more days after delivery. Please note that all returned items must be in their original packaging and are subject to inspection. A 30% re-stocking fee will be charged for any returned items, except in the case of a defective item or inaccurate shipments. The customer will be responsible for the manufacturer’s restocking fee (if greater than 30%), as well as the return freight charges. Refused deliveries will not be refunded. Damaged or missing parts: Any damaged or missing items must be reported to Modiva.ca within 5 business days of reception, in writing. Please note: returns will not be accepted without a written (RMA) Return Marchandise Authorization issued by Montreal Modiva lighting.
